IRS Medic - tax attorneys for tax problems

Clean Up

We’ll repair the damage left by others.

Other firms rely on scare tactics or unrealistic ‘guarantees’ to bring in their clients. Many of our clients are refugees from those experiences, often in worse trouble than when they started. If you are currently working with another company, here are some questions to consider:

  • Did they ask you to fill out a 433A form on your own, after you sent them a power of attorney?

You should fill out a 433A form with the assistance of your tax attorney. Otherwise, you could become liable for even more tax penalties. An IRS Medic attorney will sit down with you and go over everything to make sure it’s correct before filing the form.

  • Are you sure they filed outstanding tax years? Did they present you with a copy?

Many companies will even take your credit card information over the phone, and promise to file for you. Don’t assume it’s been done until you have verification from the IRS. We’ll not only file your past taxes, we’ll provide documentation that it’s been done.

  • How long has the company been in business?

Many tax companies operate illegally and eventually become the focus of an investigation or class-action. They shut down before any legal proceedings can get started, the company is renamed, and they open again in another state. We’ve been in the same location since we started, and we’re not going anywhere.
